ABOUT ME
I'm a researcher and freelance journalist based in New York City.
Right now, I'm a Research Associate Producer at
Last Week Tonight with John Oliver at HBO.

Previously, I was a disability reporter at The Texas Tribune.
I covered accessibility issues and policy impacting disabled Texans as part of my second year with The New York Times fellowship program. I spent the prior year reporting on the Times’ National Desk covering disability, women's health
and general breaking news.

I'm incredibly passionate about holding government officials accountable, reporting on marginalized communities and centering how policy affects people. I always try to look at how the news of the day intersects with different groups of people, especially those with disabilities.
I also love my dog, reading fantasy and sci-fi, and
attempting to bake. And I have a kidney transplant!
